Mass of Consolation for Bereaved Families (Thu. May 7 at 7pm)

This Mass is for members of our parish family who have lost a loved one this past year. To assist us with our preparations, we ask families to register. 
Members of the Parish Social Ministry will be available at the back of the church after each Mass on the weekends of April 18/19, 25/26 and May 2/3 for registration or contact the Parish Office during the week.  The Mass of Consolation will be followed by fellowship in the Parish Hall.

First Communion 2015

First Communion 2015 (April 18/19 & 25/26 at the 4:30pm and 12:15pm masses)

We anticipate an increased attendance at these masses. Please remember to adhere to parking regulations and avoid parking in designated areas and Fire Routes, this includes the side of the church and the roundabout in the front of the school. Thank you for your cooperation.

Knights of Columbus Charity Raffle

The Knights of Columbus on behalf of their Ontario Charity Foundation are selling raffle tickets in the foyer after all masses from March 7/8 to April 18/19. The first prize is 250,000 dollars, second prize is 100,000 dollars. You could also win a new car.

Tickets are 5 dollars each and the majority of the funds raised will go to The Arthritis Society of Ontario and other charities.

Sample Letter

Ontario government will introduce a controversial and age-inappropriate sex ed curriculum into Ontario elementary schools in 2015.    We’re deeply concerned hereby a sample letter is drafted to petition against the implementation of the new curriculum.   We urge you to use the sample letter or write your concerns and send to School council, Trustees, Principals and MPPs. Please write your name and address, that the Trustees will know you belong to which ward. Please be reminded that any tax payer has the right to raise their opinion even they have no child in school.
